So I'm feeling really under the weather, to the point where I'm too weak to chew my food *sigh*
So i'll be having smoothies and soups until I feel better.
For breakfast why not try an Oat, Banana & Strawberry smoothie.
I usually make this when I don't really have time to make breakfast and it doesn't take longer than 3 minutes to make.
You will need:
1 sachet of oats
1 banana
2 tablespoons of plain Greek/ natural yogurt (optional)
1 handful of strawberries
180ml of rice milk
Teaspoon of peanut butter
Then blend all the ingredients together...and yes it is as nice as it sounds.
